Getting Started

1. How do I create an account?

Visit the TOCONVERSE (Verb) Engage in Conversation homepage and click on the "Sign Up" button.

Fill in the required information, including your username, email address, and password.

Verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox.

Complete your profile by adding a profile picture and bio (optional).

2. How do I log in?

Click on the "Log In" button on the homepage.

Enter your username and password Click "Log In" to access your account.

3. How do I reset my password? Click on "Forgot Password?" on the login page.

Enter the email address associated with your account.

Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

Using TOCONVERSE

1. How do I join a chatroom?

Browse or search for chatrooms by topic or interest. Click on the chatroom you want to join. Click the "Join" button to start participating in the conversation.

2. How do I create a new chatroom? Click on the "Create Chatroom" button. Enter a name, description, and select a category for your chatroom.

Set the privacy settings (public or private). Click "Create" to launch your chatroom.

3. How do I post messages and multimedia content?

Enter the chatroom where you want to post. Type your message in the chat box.

To add multimedia, click the attachment icon and select the file from your device.

1. How do I manage my privacy settings? Go to your profile and click on "Settings." Select "Privacy Settings."

Adjust the settings to control who can see your profile, send you messages, and join your chatrooms.

2. How do I block or report a user? Click on the user’s profile.

Click the "Block" or "Report" button. Follow the prompts to block the user or report inappropriate behavior.

3. How does TOCONVERSE protect my data? We use advanced encryption and security measures to protect your personal information. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

Troubleshooting 1. I can’t log in. What should I do? Ensure you’re using the correct username and password.

Check your internet connection. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password?" link to reset it.

2. Why isn’t my multimedia content uploading? Check that the file size and format are supported. Ensure you have a stable internet connection.

Try refreshing the page and uploading the file again.

3. How do I report a technical issue? Go to the Help Center and click on "Contact Support."

Fill out the form with details about the issue you’re experiencing.

Community Guidelines

1. What are the community guidelines? Be respectful to others.

Do not post content that is offensive, harmful, or illegal.

Follow the rules and guidelines of each chatroom.

2. How do I report a violation of the community guidelines?

Click on the user or content you want to report. Select "Report" and provide details about the violation.
